Deleting an Account

If you would like to delete your Medicine Shoppe account, perform the following steps:

1. Open your Medicine Shoppe App.
2. Navigate to the “Account” tab via the bottom menu.
3. In the Account page, click “Edit My Account” under your name.
4. Once in the Edit My Account page, scroll to the bottom and click “Delete Account”.
5. Once the pop-up appears, click “Yes, delete my account” to confirm deletion of your account.

Alternatively, an email can be sent to noreply@medicineshoppe.ca to delete an account.

Upon deletion of your account, personal information associated with the account will be deleted subject to applicable privacy laws and our retention practices. For example, compliance with our legal obligations, or to detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues. Please note that deleting your account does not result in the automatic deletion of the information you have shared with your selected pharmacy. Contact your selected pharmacy for information about your access and deletion rights, and their privacy practices.
